摘要
探究应用型大学内部治理机制是完善内部治理结构的内在要求。依据机制设计理论显示原理,"应用型"办学目标应是应用型大学制定内部治理目标的价值追求,属于非完全信息沟通机制类型的应用型大学内部治理机制应参照完全信息沟通机制、最优型直接机制和遵循参与意愿与能力相统一、和而不同的协作和决策再决策等原则性准则制定具体的治理规则,进而不断优化内部治理机制。
Exploring the internal governance mechanism of application-oriented universities is the inherent requirement of perfecting internal governance structure.The internal governance mechanism of application-oriented universities,which belongs to incomplete information communication mechanism,should develop specific governance rulesaccording to the complete information communication mechanism,optimal direct mechanism and the principles guidelines of participation in willingness and ability to be unified,cooperation with harmony but not sameness and decision-making repeatedly,and then continue to optimize the internal governance mechanism.
