摘要
我国实施扩大少数民族预科班、民族班招生规模等措施以来,新疆、西藏等少数民族学生在校生人数不断增长。少数民族学生的教育管理工作,正日益成为普通高校教育管理工作的重要组成部分。本文以北京几所高校的调研结果为基础,梳理了少数民族学生的各方面的状况,分析了其在学习生活中存在的问题及原因,提出了进一步提升少数民族学生工作水平的对策建议。
The number of minority students from Xinjiang, Tibetand other minority nationalities continues to grow. The educationmanagement of minority students is increasingly becoming animportant part of education management in colleges and univer-sities. Based on the survey results of several universities in Bei-jing, this paper sorts out the various aspects of the minority stu-dents, analyzes their problems and causes in the study and life,and puts forward some suggestions to further improve the man-agement of the minority students.
