摘要
目的:探讨B超技术诊断胆囊结石的临床效果。方法:收治胆囊结石患者90例,采用B超技术进行诊断,观察其诊断准确率。结果:B超技术诊断患者准确率98.9%(89/90),与手术诊断准确率(100.0%)之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胆囊结石患者采用B超技术进行诊断准确率较高,便于医师临床诊治。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of B-mode ultrasound in the diagnosis of cholecystolithiasis.Methods:90 patients with gallstone were diagnosed by B-ultrasound,and their diagnostic accuracy was observed.Results:There was no significant difference between the accuracy of B-ultrasound diagnosis of 98.9%(89/90)and the accuracy of surgical diagnosis was100.0%(P>0.05).Conclusion:The diagnostic accuracy of B-mode ultrasonography in patients with cholecystolithiasis is higher,which is convenient for clinical diagnosis and treatment of physicians.
