摘要
分析本院收治的肝细胞癌伴副肿瘤性高脂血症患者1例,在常规治疗的基础上给予索拉菲尼抗肿瘤治疗,结合AFP及总胆固醇水平评估治疗效果和肿瘤负荷,现汇报如下。
1 case of hepatocellular carcinoma with paraneoplastic hyperlipidemia admitted to our hospital was analyzed.He was given sorafenib antitumor therapy on the basis of conventional treatment,and then the therapeutic effect and tumor burden according to AFP combined with total cholesterol levels were evaluated,then reported as follows.
