摘要
目的:分析无创呼吸机治疗慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法:收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的患者60例,平分两组。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在此基础上联合无创呼吸机治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗后观察组血气分析变化、并发症率及住院时间、再次入院次数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机治疗慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭效果显著。
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of COPD with respiratory failure.Methods:60 patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The control group was given conventional treatment.On this basis,the observation group was treated with non-invasive ventilator.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the change of blood gas analysis,complication rate,hospitalization time and readmission times of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Noninvasive ventilator is effective in the treatment of COPD complicated with respiratory failure.
