摘要
针对生物工程领域传统基因检测的弊端,胡玉华从仪器、设备、软件等多个角度进行研究,结合前沿信息技术研发了高通量测序检测方法、新型荧光定量PCR仪等设备,大幅度缩短了基因检测的时间并提高了精准度,降低了检测费用,为基因检测技术的普及与推广提供了重要技术支持,也推动了以基因科技为支撑的生命数字化建设加速发展。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of traditional gene detection in the bioengineering fi eld, Ms. Hu Yuhua devotes herself to the research of new gene detection technologies and approaches. Leveraging cutting-edge information technologies, she has developed the novel high-throughput sequencing detection method, quantitative fluorescent PCR instrument, and powerful data analysis software, which have dramatically improved the accuracy of gene detection and reduced the cost. These not only provide technical support for the promotion and application of gene detection technology, but also accelerate the development of precision medicine.
