摘要
在GB 11892–1989《水质高锰酸盐指数的测定》规定条件下,以葡萄糖溶液为高锰酸盐指数操作方法检验溶液时,对不同浓度葡萄糖溶液的氧化率存在差异开展研究。对葡萄糖氧化率随高锰酸盐指数反应溶液中硫酸浓度改变的变化进行分析,结果表明,反应溶液中硫酸体积分数大于1.92%时葡萄糖的氧化率稳定在60.5%,不随葡萄浓度变化而变化,在此条件下环保部标准溶液的氧化率测定值大于其标称值。
In the condition of GB/3038–2002 Water QualityDetermination of Permanganate Index,when theglucose solution was used to test the operation method of the determination of permanganate index,the oxidation rate ofthe different concentration glucose standard sample of permanganate index was studied. The results showed that whenthe volume fraction of sulfuric acid in the reaction solution was more than 1.92%,the oxidation rate of glucose stabilizedat 60.5%,and did not change with glucose concentration,the measurement value of oxidation rate for EnvironmentalProtection Department standard sample is larger than nominal value under this condition.
