摘要
为促进城市河道低碳管理,本文利用层次分析法,通过构建城市河道低碳管理评价指标体系,对城市河道管理进行了评价。结果表明,3要素16指标的评价体系一致性比例均小于0.10,具有满意的一致性。在城市河道低碳管理评价体系中,安全管理系统的权重最高,为0.49,其次是生态管理系统和智慧管理系统,分别为0.31和0.20。此外,除安全管理系统要素下堤防和水利设施的安全管理、河道水质外,生态管理系统要素下的河道生态需水量和水生微生物量的权重也较高,分别为0.0761和0.0701。
To promote low-carbon management of urban rivers, management of urban rivers was evaluated by establishing evaluation index system using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results indicated that 3 elements and 16 indicators were less than 0.10 which suggested its consistence was good. The weight of security management system of 0.49 was the highest in the evaluation index system, followed by ecological management system (0.31) and smart management system (0.20). In addition, the weight of required ecological water quantity (0.0761) and aquatic microbial biomass (0.0701) in ecological management system was high, besides safety management of embankment-water conservancy facilities and water quality in security management system.
