摘要
为解决板栗生产过程中手工脱蓬作业难题,提出了一种机械化脱蓬设备,通过辊筒和漏筛两个核心部件实现新鲜板栗的脱蓬工作,并通过额外几个部件使脱蓬更加便捷和人性化。重点阐述了板栗脱蓬装置的结构及关键部件的工作原理。
Chestnut hair shell device is a kind of mechanized equipment to realize mechanization instead of manual work for laborers in the process of production. This equipment uses the roller and leakage screening as two core components to take off the hair shell of fresh chestnuts, and additional components are adopted to make the hair deshelling work more convenient and humanized. The paper puts emphasis on the structure of chestnut hair shell device and working principle of key components.
