摘要 聚多巴胺涂层是一种快速精确控制表面改性的方法,与海洋贻贝分泌的贻贝粘附蛋白相似,能够与各种基质相互作用形成粘合强较强的保护膜。聚多巴胺涂料已广泛应用于各种领域,表面附着的聚合物膜在几乎所有材料表面上。本文从多巴胺的发现、多巴胺结构及其黏附行为、聚多巴胺膜形成的机制、多巴胺在表面涂层中的应用等方面对聚多巴胺研究进展进行了综述,也综述多巴胺聚合膜存在的缺点。 Poly dopamine coating is a rapid and precise method for controlling surface modification. It is similar to the mussel adhesion protein secreted by marine mussels, and interacts with various substrates to form strong protective film. Poly dopamine coatings have been widely used in a variety of fields, with surface-attached polymeric films on almost all material surfaces. In this paper, the progress of dopamine research, the mechanism of dopamine and its adhesion, the mechanism ofpoly dopamine formation, the application of dopamine in surface coating and so on are reviewed, and the shortcomings of dopamine polymer film are reviewed.
