摘要
本文利用一套反渗透设备处理某小区的供暖一次网地热尾水来作为采暖系统二次网的补水。设计了多介质过滤器、微过滤器以及保安过滤器等预处理装置,选择了合适阻垢剂及适当膜回收率,以免造成膜表面形成不可修复性硬垢,对反渗透膜造成永久损伤。经过一个月试运行,出水水质稳定,本套装置对原水中对Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Ba^(2+)等硬度离子去除率达到了96%,对腐蚀性盐类的去除率也达到了97%以上,远远满足了二次网补水水质要求。
In this paper, a set of reverse osmosis equipment is used to treat the geothermal tail water of primary network in a residential area heat-supply system as make-up water of the secondary network. A mutimedia filter, a micro-filtration device and a security filter were designed as the pretreatment device of reverse osmosis system. The appropriate scale inhibitor and appropriate film recovery rate were selected to avoid the formation of non repairing hard scale on the surface of the membrane, and this hard scale will cause permanent damage to the reverse osmosis membrane. After a month of trial operation, the device of raw water of Ca2+ Mg2+ and Ba2+ hardness ion stable removal rate reached 96 %, the removal stable rate of corrosive salts has reached more than 97 %. Water quality meets the requirement of the secondary network make-up water far and away.
