2017年世界葡萄总种植面积约为760万hm^2,其中欧洲大陆种植面积为397.8万hm^2,西班牙、法国、意大利、葡萄牙、罗马尼亚位于前五位。欧洲以外,中国、土耳其、美国、阿根廷、智利排在前五位。葡萄酒生产方面,由于2017年欧洲及南美地区遭遇严重的自然灾害,世界葡萄酒产量总体下滑8%左右,预计产量为246.7亿L;前五位生产国为意大利、法国、西班牙、美国、澳大利亚;葡萄酒消费方面,美国以31.8亿L排第一位,其次是法国、意大利、德国和中国;贸易方面,2016年全球总出口量达到104.1亿L,总进口量为103.6亿L,其中西班牙以22.9亿L的出口量位居第一,而德国以14.5亿L的进口量位居第一。鲜食葡萄方面,预计2017年世界鲜食葡萄总产量为2253万t,中国是最大的鲜食葡萄生产国和消费国,预计产量将增加40万t达到1120万t,消费量将达到1125万t;印度排在第二位,产量达到300万t;智利、秘鲁和南非是世界鲜食葡萄主要出口国,欧盟作为最大的进口市场,进口量接近65万t。
In 2017, the total vineyard area in the world was about 7.60 million hm^2, including 3.978 million hm^2 in continental Europe. In wine production, Europe and South America suffered severe natural disasters in 2017, the total wine production dropped about 8%, and the expected production was 246.7 mh L. The top five producers were Italy, France, Spain, the United States and Australia. In wine consumption, the United States ranked first with 3.18 mh L, followed by France, Italy, Germany and China; In 2016, the world's total wine export volume reached 10.41 mh L and the total import volume was 10.36 mh L, Spain ranking first exporter and Germany ranking first importer. In 2017, the world's total production of table grape is estimated to be 22.5 million tons. China is the largest producer and consumer of table grape, it is expected that production will increase by 400 000 tons to 11.2 million tons, the consumption will reach 11.25 million tons. India ranked second with production 3 million tons; Chile, Peru and South Africa are the world's leading exporters of table grape. The European Union, as the largest import market, will import 650 000 tons.
