摘要
在机械传动系统中,转矩是最能反映系统性能的机械参数之一。转矩测量已成为现代化机械设计制造、功能检测、性能优化和故障排除时的关键技术。本文阐述了转矩测量的背景及意义和转矩测量常用的几种方法,介绍了国内外转矩测量技术的现状,同时展望了转矩测量传感器的未来发展趋势。对于了解转矩测量的发展历程及未来方向具有一定的指导意义。
In the mechanical transmission system, the torque is one of the most mechanical parameters which can reflect the performance of the system. Torque measurement has become the key technology in the design and manufacture of modern machines,function testing, performance optimization and troubleshooting. In this paper, the background and significance of the torque measurement and the methods of measuring torque are introduced. The present situation of the domestic and foreign torque measurement technology is introduced.
