摘要
采用封闭的定子内圈、进风口侧防尘套、冷却风扇防尘罩组成永磁转子防尘结构,有效防止异物在电机内部的沉积,保障通风冷却的效果。该转子防尘结构应用于角向磨光机永磁无刷电机中,试验证明能有效提高产品的使用寿命与使用可靠性。
An enclosed stator inner ring, air inlet side dust-proof cover and cooling fan with dust-proof cover are used to form a permanent magnet rotor dust-proof structure, which effectively prevents foreign materials from depositing inside the motor and ensures the ventilation and cooling. The rotor dustproof structure is applied to the pemlanent magnet brushless motor of angle grinders, and the test proves that it can effectively improve the service life and reliability of the products.
