摘要
目的:探讨康复期强制隔离戒毒人员(以下简称强戒人员)的心理健康与毒品有关因素。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对1130名康复期强戒人员进行团体心理测评,分析心理健康与吸毒的关系。结果:(1)康复期强戒人员SCL-90各因子得分随着吸毒时间的延长呈"U"型的变化趋势。(2)除人际敏感、恐怖和偏执因子外,康复期强戒人员SCL-90各因子得分和总均分均存在显著的吸食毒品种类组间差异,"海洛因、冰毒合用"组得分最高,"海洛因"组次之,"冰毒"组得分最低(P<0.05,0.01)。(3)除人际敏感、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性因子外,强戒人员SCL-90各因子得分和总均分存在显著吸毒方式组间差异(P<0.05,0.01),"口吸、注射合用"组得分最高,"口吸"组得分最低。(4)强戒人员SCL-90各因子得分和总均分存在显著的戒毒次数组间差异(P<0.05,0.01),随戒毒次数的增加,各因子得分呈上升趋势。结论:康复期强戒人员的心理健康状况较差,吸毒时间、吸食毒品种类、吸毒方式和戒毒次数对强戒人员的心理健康产生明显影响。
Objective： To explore the mental health state and the related factors of drug abusers under compulsory rehabilitation.Methods： Using Symptomatic self-rating scale（SCL-90） to conduct group test of mental health on 1130 drug abusers,and analyzing the relationship between mental health and drug addiction.Results：（1） Factor scores of SCL-90 showed a ＂U＂type changing trend with the addiction time going.（2） Except for interpersonal sensitivity,phobic anxiety,paranoid ideation,other factor scores and total average scores of SCL-90 had significant differences among various of drugs types（P〈0. 05,0. 01）. Those who both used heroin and methamphetamine scored the highest; those who only used heroin scored lower than the former; those who only used methamphetamine scored the lowest.（3）Except for interpersonal sensitivity,hostility,phobic anxiety,paranoid ideation and psychoticism,other factor scores and total average scores of SCL-90 had significant differences among various of drug takingmethods（P〈0. 05,0. 01）. Those who took drugs both orally and through injection were the highest.Those who took drugs orally only were the lowest.（4） Factor scores and total average scores of SCL-90 had significant differences among various of rehabilitation times（P〈0. 05,0. 01）. Scores increased as the rehabilitation times increased.Conclusion： convalescent drug abusers＇ mental health state were pour.Drug using time,drug types,drug taking methods and rehabilitation times had significant effects on drug abusers＇ mental health state.
