摘要
针对原子力显微镜AFM正常肝细胞和肝癌细胞图像,提出一种基于灰度共生矩阵的肝癌细胞识别方法。该研究采用灰度共生矩阵的方法对正常肝细胞和肝癌细胞的AFM扫描图像提取纹理特征。对比分析特征参数,实现肝癌细胞的识别。以此纹理特征进行的肝癌细胞识别方法,操作简单,精确度高。
In view of the image of normal liver cells and hepatoma cells in atomic force microscopy AFM,a method of liver cancer cell recognition based on gray level cooccurrence matrix is proposed.In this study,the grayscale symbiotic matrix method was used to extract the texture features of AFM scan images of normal liver cells and liver cancer cells.The identification of hepatoma cells was realized by comparing and analyzing the characteristic parameters.The method of liver cancer cell recognition based on the texture features is simple and accurate.
