摘要
目的通过临床药师参与1例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的药历,探讨其在临床治疗中发挥的作用。方法临床药师运用药学知识与医师共同参与患者药物治疗方案的制定。结果合理使用抗生素,达到满意治疗效果。结论临床药师参与治疗实践,有利于提高药物治疗水平,保证临床合理、安全、有效用药。
Objective By clinical pharmacists to participate in a patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease medicine, to explore its role in the clinical treatment. Methods Clinical pharmacists pharmaceutical knowledge and jointly participate in the development of drug therapy in patients with doctors. Results The reasonable use of antibiotics, achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists to participate in practice, which is beneficial to improve the level of medical treatment, ensure reasonable, safe and effective clinical drug use.
