经食管超声心动图临床应用中国专家共识 被引量：57

摘要 1前言在过去30年里,经食管超声心动图（transesophageal echocardiography,TEE）在临床领域得到广泛应用,对心血管疾病的诊断、治疗、疗效评价产生了巨大影响,逐渐成为心血管疾病的主要诊疗方法和金标准。与经胸超声心动图（transthoracic echocardiography,TTE）相比,TEE能够从心脏后方近距离观察心脏的结构和功能,避免了胸壁和肺气等因素的干扰，操作简便。
