摘要
目的:了解贵州省农村订单定向全科医学生培养效果,分析其基层就业意愿的影响因素。方法:对贵州省农村订单定向全科医学毕业生通过自制调查问卷进行普查,运用SPSS13.0对数据进行统计分析,采用描述性统计分析方法对数据进行分析,就业意向的影响因素采用Logistic回归模型进行分析。结果:农村订单定向医学生对毕业院校的教学服务质量和培养效果比较满意,所学知识基本上能满足临床需要;51.57%的学生毕业后愿意去基层就业;此次调查的学员中,有58.64%曾经出现过违约的想法;教学服务质量满意度、为家乡人民服务、对国家相关政策的了解等3个因素对定向生毕业后去基层就业有影响。结论:建议根据贵州省实际情况制定和完善相关的政策,培养院校加强对学生的就业指导和基层就业的思想教育。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors and training effect of the order directed of rural medical students in Guizhou. Methods Using the self - designed questionnaire to investigate the order directed of rural medical students in major of general practice of Guizhou province. We used SPSS13.0 for statistical analysis. The influence of employment intention factor analysis were used by Binary Logistic regression model analysis. Results The order directed medical students that they were satisfactory with the quality of teaching services and the training effect of their universities. They can basically meet the clinical needs ; 51.57% of students were willing to go to grassroots, 48.42% of students were not willing or not sure. In these students, still had 58.64% of them wanted to quit. There had three factors can influence students＇ mind ： educational service quality satisfaction, the decision of helping people living hometown and the understanding of policy. Conclusion we need to think about the actual situation of Guizhou Province when formulated the relevant policies. In another hand, training colleges and universities must strengthen the employment guidance of students＇ ideological education and grass - roots employment.
