摘要
目的探讨应用品管圈对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者自我管理的干预研究。方法将150慢性阻塞性肺疾痛患者分为两组，对照组采用自我管理干预措施，观察组在对照组基础上采用品管圈活动干预化。结果研究组干预效果显著优于对照组（t=3．729，P〈0．05）。缩论品管圈活动应用于自我管理干预慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者，能更好的提高患者自我管理水平及改善生活质量。
Objective To investigate the intervention of quality control circle on self--management in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods 150 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with self-management intervention, and the observation group was treated with quality control circle intervention on the basis of the control group. Results the intervention effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group （t = 3. 729, P〈0.05）. Conclusion quality control circle can be applied to self-management intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, can better improve the self - management level and improve the quality of life.
