摘要
一体化生活污水处理装置因具有占地面积小、投资成本低、处理效果好等优点在我国农村得到规模化应用。文章简要介绍了一体化生活污水处理装置处理农村生活污水的中试运行情况,结果表明,COD、BOD5和NH3-N的去除率均在80%以上,且出水p H值为7.4~7.5,出水指标达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)的一级B标准。该设备对集中式小水量农村生活污水具有较好的处理效果,与其他同类设备相比,其运行成本具有明显优势,工程应用前景广阔。
The integrative devices for rural domestic sewage treatment have been widely used in the countryside of China due to their advantages of the less occupied areas, low investment costs and good treatment effciency. The paper introduces briefy the operation situation of primary production test of the integrative device for the rural domestic sewage treatment. The result shows that the removal rates of COD, BOD5 and NH3-N are above 80%, and the pH value of the effuent is between 7.4 and 7.5. In addition, the effuent target reaches B Standard of Grade 1 of《Discharge Standard of Pollutants for City Sewage Treatment Plant》（GB 18918-2002）. The integrative device has a better treatment effect for the centralized and small water quantity rural domestic sewage, and has an obvious advantage in operation costs and engineering application prospect in comparison with other similar equipment.
