摘要
职业技能和职业精神是现代职业素养培养的两个重要方面,在深度校企合作模式下,职业精神的内涵与专业课程和实践课程教学深度融合,并最终以学生的职业素质和价值观培养为落脚点。以校中厂为例,探索职业技能和职业精神在"建筑材料"课程中相互对接的途径,实现彼此融合,为培养适应行业发展、工业化社会进步的高素质技术技能人才作出了有益尝试。
Vocational skills and professional spirit are two important aspects of the modern professional accomplishment training. This article points out that it＇s necessary to deeply integrate the connotation of professional spirit and the teaching of professional courses and practical courses under the mode of deep school-enterprise cooperation and finally put that it＇s a must to cultivate the students＇ professional quality and professional values. Taking the school factory as an example,it explores the ways of connecting professional skills and professional spirit to each other in the course Building Materials,with practice merging with each other,which is a useful attempt to train high-quality technical and skilled personnel adapting to the development of the industry and the progress of industrialized society.
