摘要
共享单车以低碳环保受到广泛关注,但在实际运行中出现了很多问题。为使共享单车运行顺利进行,需明确共享单车商业性质、共享单车平台的职责、出租方的身份。参照网络安全基本模型,提出租骑方、共享单车平台和出租方三方运行模式。
The sharing of bicycles with low carbon has attracted wide attention,but some problems occur in the actual operation. With reference to the basic model of network security,this paper presents the tripartite operation mode of the riding party,the sharing cycle platform and the lessor. Besides,it argues that it＇s necessary to make clear the commercial nature of shared bikes,the responsibility of bicycle sharing platform and the identity of the lessor.
