摘要
设计一种新型锂电池智能充电器,对充电器的硬件电路进行了设计,选取了控制器芯片及电源管理芯片,并对芯片的关键电路部分进行原理图的设计;搭建了软件流程图及框架,根据智能充电器工作流程获得智能充电器的曲线,并用VS2015设计了智能充电流程上位机监控界面。实验结果表明:智能充电器充电速度与充电效率都有了明显提高,并且充电曲线完整,适用于工生产需求。
Design a new type of li-battery smart charger,which designs the hardware circuit,selects micro-controller and power management chip,and designs part of the key chip circuit schematic diagram. It sets the software flow chart and the framework,and gets the charging curve of smart charger and designs the monitor interface of the smart charging steps by VS2015 software. The experimental results show that the speed and the efficiency of the smart charger improves obviously,and is completely suitable for the production requirements.
