摘要
采用直接分离法和梯度稀释法分离固氮菌,利用该中心改良的染色方法观察固氮菌的荚膜。通过综合性实验让学生掌握微生物分离技术和荚膜染色方法,并认识固氮球菌的形态特征,提升学生动手能力,为培养学生的创新思维奠定基础。
Azotobacter is not easy to be preserved,and it needs to be separated before it is used.Azotobacter is separated by the direct separation method and gradient dilution method,and the capsule of azotobacter is observed by the improved staining method in this center.Through the comprehensive experiment,students can master the microbial separation technology and capsule staining method,and understand the morphological characteristics of azotobacter,which improves students' practical ability,and lays the foundation for training their innovative thinking.
