摘要
由于河道变化和河道淤积,导致纳潮能力减弱,严重影响灌区供水能力。由于河势变化,致使提水工程的进水口或口门淤塞,流量减少,或河床下切,水位降低,造成提水困难。针对上述问题,对闸门、启闭设备的布置、无水闸观测设施及自动化设施进行了改造,采用《水力计算手册》中的方法进行计算,其计算结果合理。该工程改造后显著地改善了防洪、排涝、灌溉、治污等方面的效果。
The tidal prism ability is weakened due to river change and river siltation, thereby affectinof the irrigation district severely. The water inlet or entrance is blocked, and the flow capacity is reduced due to riverregime change in pumping engineering, or the river bed is undercut, the water level is decreased, pumping. The project plays a significant role in flood control, drainage, irrigation, pollution control, etc. aftertransformation.
