摘要
以SWOT理论作为策略设计与选择的方法学基础,系统分析了内蒙古某国有地勘公司的内部资源能力,包括优势、劣势、机会、风险。从分析结果看,目前的地勘企业应在抓好地质勘查主业的基础上,彻底摆脱当前大多数草根地勘公司的"打工"状态;要实施科学发展、可持续发展,注意矿产合理勘查开发和风险控制。当前形势下,应积极争取项目和立足找矿突破,通过多元发展和"走出去"扩大企业规模,通过矿业权流转探索新时期地勘公司的营销模式;通过人力资源"做强",通过创新管理"做大",通过企业文化"做久"。
We systematically analyzes the internal resource capability of a state-owned geological prospecting company in Inner Mongolia based on SWOT theory, including advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and risks. From the analysis results, the current geological prospecting enterprises should do a good job on the main business of geological prospecting, while most grass-root enterprises should completely get rid of the current state of "working for others". Explore and exploit mineral resources rationally and pay attention to risk control, aiming to realize scientific and sustainable development. Under the current situation, we should actively seek projects and make breakthroughs in ore prospecting, expand the enterprise scale through diversified development and "Going Global", and explore the marketing model of geological prospecting enterprises in the new era through mining rights circulation. To be stronger relying on human resources, to be bigger relying on innovation management and to be longer relying on corporate culture.
