摘要
社区营造已成为当前民族村落发展的主要途径。在社区营造过程中,由于当前的"项目制",无法全面保障村寨社区文化生态系统的良性运转,应将村寨生态文化资源开发和文化产业融合发展纳入"社区营造"中,让民众在开发中获得实惠,充分调动民众的参与热情,努力探寻村寨生态文化系统的再生路径,提高村寨文化的创新力,激发村寨发展内源动力,帮助少数民族群众抱团脱贫致富,才能为村寨经济文化的可持续协调发展提供多维保障。
Community construction has become the principal approaches to the current minority village development. In the process of such a community construction, the current so-called “project scheme” is unable to fully guarantee the benign operation of the minority village community cultural ecosystem. It is recommended in this paper that the village ecological culture resources development as well as the cultural industry integrative development has to be accepted in the “community building”. Therefore the ordinary people are able to obtain the tangible benefits in the development process. Only the way is applied to fully mobilize the enthusiasm in participation of the local people, to explore positively the regeneration path of village ecological culture system, to update the innovation power of the village culture, to stimulate the endogenous power of the village development, to help minority ethnic groups huddle to get rid of poverty and get rich, can a multi-dimensional guarantee for the sustainable and harmonious development of the economy and culture in minority villages be provided hereinafter.
