摘要
在使用调压阀的机组中,安装调压阀后对水轮机效率影响如何,是用户最关心的问题。一直没有定量的计算结果,本文通过对安装前后分别进行的模型试验结果进行比较计算,确定在水轮机蜗壳处开孔安装调压阀并排水进入尾水管,对水轮机效率产生的影响值给出近似计算公式,供设计选型设计时参考。
For a unit with a pressure regulating valve, the influence of pressure regulating valve on turbine efficiency is the greatest concern of users. No quantitative calculation results have yet been made available. In this paper, comparison and calculation are conducted for the results of model test performed before and after the installation of pressure regulating valve, to determine an approximate formula of influence on turbine efficiency after the installation of pressure regulating valve at the turbine spiral casing by drilling and drainage to draft tube. This formula is only for reference during design and model selection.
