摘要
2013年提出的中国"一带一路"概念,对中国沿海地区尤其是广西产生了深刻影响。同时据统计,在广西经济发展中占据重要地位的广西小微企业共计176.16万户。充分依托"一带一路"背景,推动中小企业"走出去"成为重要课题。其中,作为"软实力"的企业文化将在企业发展中起重要的纽带作用。中小型企业可根据企业自身特点选择构建"乡土型文化"、"科技型文化"和"参与型文化"等类型的企业文化。
The concept of "the Belt and Road"was proposed in 2013 in China, it has a profound effect on the coastal areas of China especially Guangxi. At the same time, according to statistics, the number of Guangxi small and micro enterprises is totally 1 million 761 thousand and 600,which occupies an important position in Guangxi's economic development. So, fully relying on the background of "the Belt and Road", to promote small and medium sized enterprises "Go Out", become the important topic for people. Among them, enterprise culture as a "Soft Power", plays an important link role in the enterprise development. Small and medium-sized enterprises can choose the enterprise culture as "local culture", "science and technology culture" and "participatory culture", according to the characteristics of their own enterprises.
