摘要
目的:了解首发脑卒中患者主要照顾家属照顾现状。方法:选取我省某三级医院卒中中心2017年3~7月住院的首发脑卒中患者的主要照顾家属110名,用中文版家属疾病不确定感量表、照顾者准备度量表、积极感受量表对其进行问卷调查。结果:110名首发脑卒中患者主要照顾家属疾病不确定感、照顾准备度、积极感受得分处于中等水平,疾病不确定感与照顾准备度呈负相关,与积极感受呈负相关,照顾准备度与积极感受呈正相关。结论:照顾现状有待改善,要采取措施降低患者家属的疾病不确定感,提高照顾准备度,增强积极感受。
Objective：To understand the status quo of family care by the major caretakers in the first stroke patients.Methods：A total of 110 major caretakers of first stroke patients hospitalized at the stroke center of a Grade-III hospital of our province from March to July 2017.The Chinese versions of disease uncertainty scale,caretaker preparedness scale and positive aspects scale were adopted in the questionnaire survey.Results：The scores of disease uncertainty scale,caretaker preparedness scale and positive aspects scale of a total of 110 major caretakers of the first stroke patients were at a moderate level.Disease uncertainty was negatively correlated with preparedness and positive aspects,and preparedness was positively correlated with positive aspects.Conclusion：The status quo of family care is to be improved.Measures should be taken to reduce the uncertainty of disease,improve the readiness of care and enhance the positive aspects.
