摘要
儿童是国家的未来,而建立儿童友好社区是保护儿童生存、维护儿童权利的基础。通过对南京市N社区的两位社区领导、两位社区工作者及一名社区入驻专业儿童安全教育机构负责人进行深度访谈,充分把握不同类型社会工作者对于儿童友好社区的理解、对社工在其中扮演的角色和承担的作用的认知。通过对访谈材料的定性分析发现:不论哪种类别的社会工作者,在儿童友好社区中应该扮演实现者、支持者、管理者、资源链接者和政策影响者的角色,以做到定位儿童需求、提供儿童服务、给予儿童全面的支持、促进社区内儿童资源的整合、影响儿童友好政策的推动,最终实现儿童友好社区的全面建设。
Children are the future of a country, and the establishment of a children-friendly community is the basis for protecting children’s survival and safeguarding their rights. Through in-depth interviews, this article investigates and analyses the data collected by five interviewers, which include two community leaders, two social workers and one community organysis, this article analyzes the understanding about children-friendly communities and awareness of the role and effect of social workersin a children-friendly community. The qualitative analysis of the interview materials shows that wives achievers, supporters, managers, resource linkers and influencers in policy in children-friendly communities so that they canunderstand children’s demands, provide children with services and all-round supports. Thus, resources for children in a communitycan be integrated, policies conducive to children promoted, and children-friendly communities built.
