摘要
职业倦怠是企业员工较常见的一种状态,对于员工发展和企业效益均具有消极影响。文章通过H企业为例,从工作性质、员工职业发展和个人因素三方面探讨企业员工职业倦怠影响因素,并提出了加强企业文化建设、启动员工援助计划、优化企业工作制度建设和不断促进自我完善和发展四个方面来提高员工心理健康水平,降低职业倦怠。
Job burnout is a kind of state for enterprise employees, which has negative influence on staff development and enterprise benefit. Taking H enterprise as an example, this paper discusses enterprise staff job burnout influence factors from the nature of work,employee career development and personal factors three aspects, and put forward four aspects to improve employees' psychological health level, and to reduce the job burnout: to strengthen enterprise culture construction, start the employee assistance plan, optimize the working system of the enterprise construction and promote the self-improvement constantly and development.
