摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术患者术后心理干预中集束化护理的应用效果。方法随机将52例我院于2016年1月—2017年10月展开腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术治疗的患者分为两组,一般组(26例)行常规护理,集束组(26例)展开集束化护理,对比分析两组术后心理干预效果。结果集束组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于一般组,P<0.05;集束组满意度为96.15%,高于一般组的61.54%,P<0.05。结论通过集束化护理对腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术患者实施术后心理干预可促进患者负性情绪的有效改善,进而使其满意度提升。
Objective To explore the effect of cluster care in the postoperative psychological intervention of patients with laparoscopic radical cervical cancer radical operation. Methods 52 patients with laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer from January 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. the general group （26 cases） were adopted general nursing, the cluster group （26 cases） were adopted cluster nursing. The efect of postoperative psychological intervention in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the cluster group were lower than those in the general group, P 〈 0.05. The degree of satisfaction of the cluster group was 96.15%, which was higher than that of the general group 61.54%, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Through cluster nursing, postoperative psychological intervention in patients with laparoscopic radical cervical cancer can improve the negative emotion of patients and improve their satisfaction.
