摘要
互联网时代下的智力创造成果较多,这也间接引发了网络版权侵权行为,因此,在基本的制度及其实践方面,我们都必须要对其进行重视。其中,著作权合理使用制度具备较强的重要性,因此,对相关问题进行了分析。首先,介绍互联网时代的著作权合理使用的含义,并论述了互联网时代著作权合理使用的重要性;然后,分析了我国互联网时代著作权合理使用制度的立法缺陷;最后,在此基础上提出了完善我国互联网时代著作权合理使用制度的建议。
There are many intellectual creation achievements in the Internet era,which also indirectly lead to copyright infringement, therefore,in the basic system and its practice,we must pay attention to it.The reasonable use of copyright system has a strong impor- tance,therefore,the relevant issues are analyzed.First,introduce the meaning of the reasonable use of copyright in the Internet era.It also discusses the importance of the rational use of copyright in the Internet era.Then, it analyzes the legislative defects of the fair use of copyright in the Internet era in China.Finally,on the basis of this,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the fair use system of copyright in the Internet era in our country.
