摘要
随着急症病例的增多,研究急诊患者的经济负担愈加重要。目前急诊患者经济负担研究多在于研究采用什么方法来测算急诊患者的经济负担,或者探讨急诊患者经济负担的各种影响因素。因此,将着眼于急诊患者经济负担的概念、影响因素与测算方法三个方面,以此来分析总结急诊患者经济负担研究进展。希望这些研究进展能够帮助我国医疗政策制定者寻求到减轻急诊患者经济负担的方法和途径,对增加急诊医疗投资可以带来的经济效益与社会效益有所帮助。
With the increase of emergency cases, it is more important to study the economic burden of emergency patients.At present, the study of economic burden of emergency patients is mostly based on what method to measure the economic burden of emergency patients.Therefore, we will focus on the concept of financial burden of emergency patients, influencing factors and measuring methods. In order to analyze and summarize the progress of the research on the financial burden of emergency patients,we hope that these research progress can help Chinese medical policy makers to find ways and means to reduce the financial burden of emergency patients. It is helpful to increase the economic and social benefits of emergency medical investment.
