摘要
仪器化纳米压痕试验方法是研究纳米级金属涂层硬度的一种重要方法,国内外相关机构均对仪器化纳米压痕试验进行标准的制定和修订。该文分别从标准适用范围、试验方法、标准块的标定、仪器的校准与检验以及试验结果不确定度影响因素5个方面对ISO 14577——2015、ASTM E2546-15以及GB/T 22458——2008 3个标准进行对比和分析。ISO 14577——2015的适用范围广,对于仪器校准和检验的准确度要求高。GB/T 22458——2008针对于微纳米范围内的试验,对试验环境、试样及其测试面、试验操作的要求更加精确和细致。ASTM E2546-15对试验方法和仪器检验与校准的规定相对简略,但对影响试验结果不确定度因素的要求非常详细,且通过实例给出具体操作步骤,易于实际应用。
Instrumented nano indentation test method is an important method to study the hardness of nano metal coatings, and the formulation and revision of the standards for the instrument nano indentation test have been made by both domestic and foreign relevant institutions. Comparison and analysis of the three standards ISO 14577-2015, ASTM E2546-15 and GB/T 22458-2008 have been carried out from five aspects such as the scope of application, test method,calibration of standard block, calibration and inspection of instrument and the influence factors of the uncertainty of the test results. ISO 14577-2015 has a wide range of application and it has high accuracy requirements for instrument calibration and inspection. GB/T 22458-2008 has more accurate and detailed requirements on the test environment, test specimens and test surface as well as the test operation for micro-nano range test. ASTM E2546-15 has relatively simple regulations for the test method and the inspection and calibration of instrument, but it has detailed requirements for the factors affecting the uncertainty of test results and gives specific steps by providing cases, facilitating the practical use.
