摘要
铁路系统检修车间的物料配送过程比较繁杂,但物料的外形尺寸又基本固定、配送规模和流程又有一定的规律,为了方便各种物料的配送和记录,提出了单元化物流方式进行输送和管理,有效提高了物料的配送、筛选、收集、统计能力。单元化物流的应用为提高车间检修自动化奠定了基础,自动化立体仓库和单元化物流配送已经在检修线中开始发挥重要作用。
In railway maintenance workshop,the process of material distribution is complicated,but,the size of the material is basically fixed,the logistics distribution scale and process have certain rules,In order to facilitate the distribution and record of various materials,the unitized logistics mode is put forward for transportation and management,which effectively improves the materials distribution,screening,collection,statistics capabilities. The application of unitized logistics has laid a foundation for improving the automation of workshop maintenance,and automated warehouse and unit logistics distribution have begun to play a great role in the maintenance line.
