摘要
依据面板门槛模型的相关设定,利用中国2000--2015年的省级面板数据,以产业结构和市场化进程为门槛变量,以产业结构为门槛依赖变量,构建面板门槛模型,运用面板数据的分析方法,深入研究产业结构与环境污染水平之间的非线性关系。研究发现:第一,产业结构与环境污染水平之间呈倒“u”型关系,即随着产业结构的转型与优化,环境污染水平先上升后下降,环境质量先恶化后改善;第二,在产业结构和环境污染水平的关系中,市场化进程存在明显的门槛效应,当市场化进程较高时,产业结构的提高有助于降低环境污染水平,使环境质量得以提升;当市场化进程较低时,产业结构的提高则会使环境污染水平有所提升,环境质量恶化。
Using the provincial panel data from 2000 to 2015 of China, the paper builds a single panel threshold effect model. The industry structure and market process areas as the threshold variable, and the industrial structure is as dependent variable threshold. Using panel data analysis methods, the paper study the nonlinear relationship between the industrial structure and environmental pollution level. Study found that: Firstly, the industrial structure and environmental pollution levels were inverted "U" relationship, with the transformation and optimization of industrial structure, environmental pollution levels increased after the first drop, the quality of the environment get worse after improve; Secondly, between the relationship of industrial structure and environmental pollution, the process of marketization has obvious threshold effect, when the market process is high, improving the industrial structure can help to reduce the environmental pollution level, the quality of the environment can be promoted; When the market process is low, industry structure improvement will make the environment pollution level to improve, and the environmental quality deteriorates.
