摘要
在装备战场损伤试验设计与优化研究中,为了降低战场损伤试验的试验成本,同时获取更多的装备损伤数据,需要分析各个试验设计因素的主次关系。首先通过正交试验方法制定试验方案,然后利用装备战场损伤模拟平台收集大量的装备战场损伤仿真数据,最后采用灰关联分析方法,对试验数据进行分析,得到试验效能同试验设计主要设计因素之间关联程度的量化指标。分析结果表明,试验设计因素对试验效能影响程度排序为:炸点距离、弹药距离地面垂直高度、弹药水平角、弹药俯仰角。分析结果为装备战场损伤试验方案的设计和优化提供了理论支持。
ABSTRACT:In the design and optimization of equipment battle damage test, in order to reduce the cost and obtain more data, the key factors should be found. Based on orthogonal test method, the test program was formulated. The equipment battlefield damage simulation platform was used to collect lots of simulation data, and then these test data were analyzed by using grey correlation analysis method, The quantitative indeXes of the correlation degree between the test efficiency and the main design factors were obtained. The analysis results indicate that the rank of the influ- ence level of the experimental design factors on the test efficiency is the distance of burst point, vertical height of the shell from the ground, the horizontal angle of the shell and the pitch angle of the shell. The analysis results provide a theoretical support for the design and optimization of equipment battle damage test plan.
