植物模板法多孔材料的制备及在卷烟中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 基于天然植物在宏观、微观和化学组分上所展现出的优异特性,以天然植物紫茎泽兰为模板进行复杂结构的多孔材料开发。以具有特殊空间结构的紫茎泽兰茎为模板,利用简单易行的路线合成具有多级结构、高比表面积的复合多孔材料,并初步进行卷烟烟气有害成分降低效果评价。结果表明,所制备的复合多孔材料在不改变卷烟抽吸品质的前提下,对主流烟气中的巴豆醛、氨和苯酚具有选择性降低效果,同时对卷烟的危害性指数也有一定程度的降低。 Natural plant used as template for the preparation of porous materials based on the excellent characteristics of macro/ micro structure and chemical composition. C/Ti02 composite with porous structure had been synthesized using Eupatorium adenophorum stem templted. The product replicated macro/micro-porous plant templates precisely and showed the specific hierarchical pore structure and high specific surface area. And the prepared material was applied to cigarette filter to evaluate the performance of reducing harmful components in cigarette smoke. The results showed that the applications of composite porous materials without altering the cigarette smoking under the premise of quality, Crotonaldehyde, ammonia and phenol were prominently removed in mainstream cigarette smoke, while the cigarette hazard index also decreased to some extent. Moreover, the smoking sensory qualifies of the experimental sample were similar as those of reference cigarette.
