摘要
以输血全流程为督导路径,制作输血质控查检表,包括配血标本采集、送检标本、取血、输血操作、相关知识等。自2017年1月开始在消化内科使用,使安全输血合格率、输血护理记录合格率、输血相关知识知晓率、输血护理缺陷发生例数等均较使用前有明显改善。
