摘要
建立高效、快速、简便的纯化透皮肽的方法,以便提高透皮肽的纯度,减少过敏反应。采用反相聚合物色谱柱去除六胜肽中的杂质,再用DEAE色谱柱除去大批量透皮肽粗品中的三氟乙酸,得到醋酸型的透皮肽。此方法仅需两步纯化,降低了生产成本,不仅能得到纯度大于99%的透皮肽,而且能达到纯化透皮肽成本低、收率高、产业化的要求。
An efficient,rapid and simple method for the purification of transdermal peptide was established in order to improve the purity of the transdermal peptide and reduce the allergic reaction. Reverse phase polymer chromatographic was used to remove impurities of transdermal peptide,and then DEAE chromatographic was used to remove trifluoroacetic acid. This method needed only two steps to purify,so it can reduce the production cost,which can not only get more than99% purity of transdermal peptide,but also achieve the requirements of low cost,high yield and industrialization.
