摘要
连杆是发动机的重要零件,是发动机传递动力的主要运动件,直接影响发动机的质量。连杆的形状复杂,正常夹持手段无法准确定位。为提高生产效率,降低生产成本,通过多次改进,研制出适合外形复杂的连杆,镗削出大小端双孔的夹具。
The connecting rod is an important part of the engine. It is the main moving part of the engine, so it affects the quality of the engine directly. The shape of the connecting rod is complex and the normal clamping means can not be accurately positioned. In order to improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost of production, through many improvements, we have developed a connecting rod suitable for the complex shape and boring out the double hole jig of the large and small end.
