摘要
目的:探讨手术室强化护理模式对预防腹部手术后切口感染的效果。方法:收治腹部手术患者76例。对照组给予普通护理,干预组在对照组基础上实施手术室强化护理。结果:护理后,两组患者的伤口愈合状况明显好转,干预组明显优于对照组;对照组切口感染率高于干预组(P<0.05)。结论:将手术室强化护理模式应用于腹部手术后切口感染的预防之中,不仅能够提高切口愈合效果,而且能够降低切口感染率。
Objective:To explore the effect of intensive nursing mode in the operation room on the prevention of incision infection after abdominal operation.Methods:76 patients with abdominal surgery were selected.The control group were given general nursing.The intervention group carried out intensive care in the operation room based on the treatment given in the control group.Results:After nursing,the wound healing status of the two groups improved significantly,the intervention group was significantly better than the control group,and the incision infection rate in the control group was higher than that in the intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The operation room intensive care mode applied to the prevention of incision infection after abdominal surgery can not only improve the healing effect,but also reduce the infection rate of incision.
