摘要
目的分析中药汤剂联合针灸治疗门诊原发性痛经患者的临床效果。方法择取门诊就医的60例门诊原发性痛经患者,选取时间为2016年7月11日—2017年10月26日,通过随机颜色球抽取的方法将其分为两组。分别给予逍遥丸、中药汤剂联合针灸疗法治疗,对比两组治疗效果、VAS评分、复发率情况。结果观察组治疗显效例数有23例、VAS评分为(1.54±1.11)分、复发例数为2例,数据优于对照组,P<0.05。结论中药汤剂联合针灸疗法治疗门诊原发性痛经效果显著,稳定患者病情,改善患者临床症状,且复发几率较低。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with acupuncture on patients with primary dysmenorrhea in outpatients. Methods Sixty outpatients with primary dysmenorrhea were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups from July 11, 2016 to October 26, 2017 by random color ball extraction. Xiaoyao Pill and Chinese herbal decoction combined with acupuncture were given respectively. The therapeutic effect, VAS score and relapse rate were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, there were 23 cases markedly effective, VAS score was （1.54 ± 1.11） points, the number of recurrence was 2 cases, the data was better than the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Chinese medicine decoction combined with acupuncture treatment of outpatient primary dysmenorrhea effect is signifcant, stable patient condition, improve clinical symptoms, and the recurrence rate is low.
