摘要
目的探讨胸腰椎跳跃型骨折临床治疗方法,评价效果及安全性。方法以2014年1月—2016年10月我院40例胸腰椎跳跃型骨折患者为研究对象,依据实际骨折损伤及骨密度予以患者个体化治疗方案。评价患者疗效与腰椎功能,统计并发症。结果患者治疗后病变椎体均得到复位,愈合良好,治疗成功率为100%,半年后随访患者腰椎功能较前显著改善。结论根据实际骨折损伤及骨密度予以胸腰椎跳跃型骨折患者个体化治疗方案效果确切,可有效促进患者腰椎功能恢复。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment, evaluation and safety of thoracolumbar leaping fractures. Methods From January 2014 to October 2016, 40 patients with thoracolumbar fracture were selected as subjects. Individualized treatment plan was given according to actual fracture injury and bone mineral density. The effect of the patients and the function of the lumbar spine were evaluated and the complications were statistically analyzed. Results After the treatment, the vertebral body was reset, the healing rate was good, the success rate of the treatment was 100%. After half a year, the function of lumbar vertebra was signifcantly improved. Conclusion According to the actual fracture injury and bone density, the individualized treatment scheme for the patients with thoracolumbar leaping fractures is effective, which can effectively promotethe recovery of the lumbar function.
