口腔正畸治疗中微型种植体支抗的稳定性和安全性 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨微型种植体支抗应用于口腔正畸治疗的临床疗效。方法收集2014年1月—2017年1月我院接受口腔正畸治疗的患者80例,随机均分为观察组与对照组,每组40例,对照组予以口外弓加强作为支抗,观察组予以微型种植体作为支抗,对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的成功率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的80.0%,组间数据比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在口腔正畸治疗中应用微型种植体能够提供理想的支抗,正畸治疗效果满意,且操作简便、稳定性较好。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of microimplant support in oral orthodontic treatment. Methods 80 cases of orthodontic treatment in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were collected, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The extraoral arch was strengthened as the anchorage in the control group, and the observation group was given the micro implant as a support. The clinical effcacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The success rate of the observation group was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.0%). The difference of data between the groups was statistically signifcant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The application of microimplant implant in orthodontic treatment can provide ideal anchorage. The effect of orthodontic treatment is satisfactory, and it is easy to operate and has good stability.
