摘要
目的分析临产孕妇凝血四项指标检测的临床意义。方法选择我院2015年5月—2017年8月治疗的150例临产孕妇为观察组,选择同期在我院进行门诊体检的150例非孕期女性为对照组,均使用Stago凝血分析仪检测其凝血四项,分析其检测结果。结果观察组凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血酶时间均短于对照组,纤维蛋白原高于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组在凝血酶时间上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在临产前、分娩期间监测孕妇的凝血四项指标,对临床预测、预防、治疗产妇异常出血具有重要作用。
Objective To analyze the clinical signifcance of four indexes of blood coagulation in pregnant women. Methods 150 cases of parturient women who were treated in our hospital from May 2015 to August 2017 were selected as the observation group. 150 cases of non pregnant women in the same period in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. Four indexes of blood coagulation were detected by Stago coagulation analyzer, and the results were analyzed. Results Prothrombin time and activated partial thrombin time in observation group were shorter than those in control group, and the fbrinogen in observation group was higher than that in the control group, the differences between the two groups were signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. However, no signifcant changes in thrombin time between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Monitoring four indexes of blood coagulation of pregnant women before and during childbirth has an important role in the clinical prediction, prevention and treatment of abnormal bleeding in women.
