摘要
目的分析互动式教学方法在临床护理带教中的效果,探讨其临床应用价值和意义。方法选取来我院实习的护生73例作为研究对象。按照进入我院实习的先后顺序,选择2014年4月—2015年12月实习的41名实习护生作为对照组,2016年4月—2017年11月实习的32名护生作为观察组;对照组护生采用传统带教模式,观察组采用互动式教学模式;比较两种教学模式的效果,以及护生对教学方法的满意程度。结果观察组护生总满意率高于对照组,其教学效果也优于对照组,各项评分高于对照组护生;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互动式教学模式效果明显显著,护生的满意程度和心理接受度更高,能提高护生的理论知识和实际操作能力。
Objective To analyze the effect of interactive teaching method in clinical nursing teaching and to discuss its clinical value and significance. Methods 73 nursing students were chosen as the research objects, according to the internship order into our hospital, 41 practice nursing students from April 2014 to December 2015 were selected as control group, 32 practice nursing students from April 2016 and November 2017 were selected as observation group. The control group adopted traditional teaching mode, the observation group adopted interactive teaching mode. The effect of two kinds of teaching modes, as well as satisfaction of teaching methods of students was compared. Results The total satisfaction rate of nursing students in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the teaching effect was signifcantly better than that of the control group, and the scores were significantly higher than those of the control group. The above differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of interactive teaching mode is more obvious. The degree of satisfaction and psychological acceptability of nursing students are also obviously higher, which can obviously improve the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of nursing students.
